This ain't your Daddy's energy drink...

AloeBoostTM is the only all natural energy drink that is comparable to the mass produced (available at a 7-Eleven near you) "energy" drinks on the market today. AloeBoostTM contains the most powerful all natural, antioxidant packed juices known to man. This means that even after you have that rush of energy you were looking for, your body will continue to get what it needs for hours to come, increasing your endurance, stamina and improved alertness.

AloeBoostTM has been specifically formulated to enhance the bodies natural energy while providing the extra energy life sometimes requires. Below is an explanation of our ingredients and why they are superior to other "energy" drinks or shots.

Aloe Vera juice: In September 2002, breakthrough research conducted by University of Scranton scientists on the use of Aloe vera was presented at the International Aloe Science Council (IASC) annual conference. Lead researcher, Dr. Joe A. Vinson, described the research study demonstrating increased bioavailability of vitamins C and E when taken in combination with Aloe vera. The study was a human clinical trial whereby test subjects were given doses of vitamin C or E with or without Aloe. Blood samples were taken at the start of the trial, before the administration of the vitamins, and periodically for 24 hours after the administration of blinded test samples. The blood plasma was then analyzed to determine the level of concentration of each vitamin absorbed. The results of the trial show that Aloe vera improves the absorption of both vitamin C and E. The absorption is slower and the vitamins last longer in the blood plasma with Aloe vera. Researchers concluded that the intake of Aloe vera should be considered as a way to complement vitamins C and E. Source: International Aloe Science Council.

Green Tea: According to a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, green tea extract has thermogenic properties, meaning that it increases energy production and promotes fat oxidation in the body. These properties, which are associated with fat burning, appear to be functioning beyond that which can be explained by the caffeine content alone. This would mean that green tea has a variety of rich components able to play a role in helping to control body composition. Pomegranate: Preliminary evidence suggests that drinking concentrated pomegranate juice may reduce cholesterol. Israeli researchers, published a small clinical study in June 2004 in Clinical Nutrition, suggested that drinking a glass of pomegranate juice a day for one year reduced blood pressure (particularly systolic pressure) and slowed down LDL cholesterol (the bad cholesterol) oxidation. Pomegranate fruits contain polyphenols, tannins and anthocyanins all are antioxidants.

Acai: Acai berries have steadily been gaining a reputation due to it's high level of antioxidants. Through the consumption of antioxidant rich foods, you may combat fatigue, illness, and disease, including heart ailments, cancer, and other degenerative health issues.

The Acai berry is also known to benefit an individual's desire in becoming healthier, stronger, and motivated during physical activity. While having high levels of antioxidants, one of the lesser known benefits associated with the Acai berry are called anthocyanins – responsible for the vibrant colors of fruits and flowers.

Plum: Plums and its dried form, known as ‘Prune’ are high in unique phytonutrients called neochlorogenic and chlorogenic acid. Their function is that of an anti-oxidant and is of much benefit. Consumption of plums helps in the production and absorption of iron in the body, thus leading to better blood circulation in the body, which further leads to the growth of healthy tissues. Regular consumption of plums will prevent macular degeneration and any other infection of the eye in the long run. Your eyes will be healthy and strong for long time and you can also retain a sharp eye-sight. Researchers have found that plums have anti-cancer agents that may help prevent the growth of cancerous cells and tumors in the body. Eating plums also reduces your chances of contracting a heart disease in the long run. Plums have certain cleansing agents that keep the blood pure and also prevent complications of the heart. Plums have high content of Vitamin C, which means it helps protect against health conditions like asthma, colon cancer, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

Pear: Being rich in vitamin C, pears have antioxidant properties and are said to protect body cells from oxygen-related damage caused by free radicals. The presence of fiber in pears helps prevent constipation and also ensures regularity of bowel movement. Studies have revealed that eating pears help protect women against postmenopausal breast cancer. Pear is described as a hypoallergenic fruit that is less likely to produce an adverse response than other fruits. Regular consumption of pears might lower the risk of age-related macular degeneration, the main cause of vision loss in older adults. It has been seen that pears help lower blood pressure and also reduce the chances of a stroke. The high content of pectin in pears makes them useful in lowering of cholesterol levels. Pears have been found to be good for colon health. Pear juice, being rich in fructose and glucose, serves as a very quick source of energy. Drinking a glass of pear juice is believed to be helpful in bringing down fever. The antioxidant properties of pears make them good for strengthening of the immune system. Consumption of pear juice helps relieve pain in various inflammatory conditions. The presence of boron in pears helps the body retain calcium and thus, reduces the risk of osteoporosis. The foliate in pear prevents neural tube defects in infants.
